Reduced Winter Water Budgets are Now in Effect!
Fall Back in October

Elsinore Eddie’s monthly Water Budget Allocation is based on the water needs of plants throughout the year and they need a lot less in October.  During the summer months (May-September), Eddie gets a higher allocation (26 CCF) because plants –and particularly lawns—need a lot of water in the summer.  In the fall and winter (October-April), the plants don’t need as much water, so Eddie’s allocation (17 CCF) reflects that.
