The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District provides 24 hour response to municipal water and sewer system emergencies.

If you have an emergency and you are reporting a water line break, sewer system backup / overflow / spill, suspicious activity, theft or other emergency situation, please call the District's 24 hour number immediately at (951) 674-3146.

To assist us in providing an efficient response, please be prepared to provide the street address with the name of the nearest cross street for the location of the emergency you are reporting.
