The purchasing function for the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District is provided through the Purchasing Division of the Finance Department. The Purchasing division’s goal is to facilitate the acquisition of high quality goods and services at the lowest overall cost to the District. The division also oversees the competitive bidding process, with the exception of public works contracts, supplier selection for all District departments and the disposition and sale of all surplus District equipment and vehicles. |
