As an extra added convenience, you can view and print out a convenient schedule that you can reference when your bills are printed and when they are due. The schedule also includes when courtesy reminder notices and calls are made for accounts that are in danger of being interrupted for non-payment, and the District's holiday schedule.

The first step is to determine what billing cycle you are in. Please look at a copy of your most recent bill and locate the "Bill Date" in the top, right hand corner. Once you determine what Monday of the month that date falls on, you will know which cycle your account is part of.

It is important to note that in months with 5 Mondays, the second Monday of the month is skipped for billing purposes, and Cycle 2 would be the third Monday of the month; Cycle 3 would be the fourth Monday; Cycle 4 would be the fifth Monday.
