Rebate Application Form
The District's Rebate Program gives you the opportunity to save money by replacing your non-conserving, water wasting washing machines, toilets, and other products, with newer water-efficient models.
Rebate programs are funded as a joint effort between EVMWD, Western Municipal Water District, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California

Reduce Your Use! Change Your Sprinklers to MP Rotators!
EVMWD has a CHEAP way to reduce your outdoor water use by up to 20%!
All you have to do is convert your pop-up spray heads to MP Rotators and EVMWD will give you the sprinkler heads at cost—currently $0.61 per head!
Just call Conservation Specialist Rob Whipple at 951-674-3146 x8247 to sign up for this program.
You will need to:
1) Count your existing pop-up spray heads and identify how many 90s, 180s, and 360s you will need. Also, please note if you need Toro heads instead of Rainbird.
2) Call for an appointment to pick up your heads at the District Office
3) Install the heads promptly
EVMWD will verify installation of the sprinkler heads and then charge your bill at $0.61 per head.
Why Try MP Rotator Sprinkler Heads?
- They are more efficient than pop-up spray heads
- They do not mist or fog
- They hold up better in the wind
- They reduce runoff because they put down water at a slower rate
- They are great on slopes
- They water better in front of the sprinkler head
- They are adjustable from 45° to 360° and retrofit most brands of sprinklers
- Tests have shown 20%-40% savings over pop-up spray heads
- The changeout is easy, just unscrew the old ones and put on the new ones
- They work well at low pressures

Effective July 1, 2006, only toilets meeting new testing standards will be eligible for rebates. Due to differences in designs and manufacturing, not all toilets that claim to use 1.6 gallons per flush actually meet that performance standard. Extensive testing has produced a list of toilets that currentlymeet the ULFT standard. Click on the file below to see if your toilet qualifies.
List of Qualifying Toilets as of July 1, 2006
Effective January 1, 2005, in cases where the person applying for a rebate is a District customer with an active account, the rebate refund will be applied as an adjustment (credit) to the current charges on the account.
