EVMWD provides annual landscape workshops free to homeowners who wish to design a new landscape or convert existing landscape to low-water use. Classes include Landscape Design, Drip Irrigation, Native and California Friendly Plants, and Watering and Fertilizing. Flyers for the classes will be mailed to customers with their February (March class) and August (September class) water bills. The series is designed to educate homeowners on how to create and maintain a beautiful water-efficient landscape and are usually held on Saturday morning between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the EVMWD offices at 31315 Chaney Street (between Collier and Lakeshore), Lake Elsinore.
