Lake Elsinore, CA - Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District and Western Municipal Water District are hosting a free landscape workshop on Saturday, June 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The class is designed to educate homeowners on how to create and maintain a beautiful water-efficient landscape and will be held at the EVMWD offices at 31315 Chaney Street (between Collier and Lakeshore), Lake Elsinore. The following topics will be discussed:
- Tough drought tolerant native plants
- MP rotators and drip irrigation
- Good plants for slopes
- Plants that can save you time, money and water
Registration is limited and students are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and pick up materials. Please call EVMWD at (951) 674-3146, ext. 8247 to register or if you have any questions about the class.
