Director John Lloyd was elected in November 2006. Director Lloyd is the Facilities Site Services Manager for a major manufacturing corporation in Temecula with long term involvement in the community as: Chairman of the Wildomar Parks Formation Committee, 10 years as a Boy Scout leader and membership to the Lake Elsinore Elks Lodge. He and his wife are raising their two daughters in Wildomar and are working with the community to achieve Cityhood. Director Lloyd serves on the Board of Directors for the Meeks and Daley Water Board, he is on the Water Planning Committee and attends meetings on the Districts behalf for the following organizations: Rancho California Water District Wildomar Municipal Advisory Council Murrieta Chamber of Commerce Wildomar Chamber of Commerce
