Director Morris is a Graduate of California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. He has owned and operated the Andrew Morris Insurance Agency since 1991, and was named the Wildomar Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the year in 2010. Director Morris is very involved in the community and formally served as the Wildomar Rotary President and Treasurer of the Wildomar Chamber of Commerce. Currently Director Morris serves on the Board of the Meeks and Daley Water Company and attends meetings on the District’s behalf for the following organizations:
