Director Williams is a real estate broker, with 20 years of experience in property sales in the Lake Elsinore and surrounding areas. He is also a licensed general contractor and a life-long resident of Lake Elsinore. Elected to the Board in 2001, he also served a partial term in 1998. Director Williams served as Board President in 2002, 2003, 2006 and 2009 and serves on the Engineering ad Operations and Finance and Administration Committees. He currently serves on Boards of the Lake Elsinore and San Jacinto Watersheds Authority (LESJWA JPA), San Jacinto River Watershed Council, ACWA JPIA, and Local Agency Formation Commission.
