Judy Guglielmana was first elected in 2006, and again in 2010. She has two sons and six grandchildren. Judy and her family have lived in Lake Elsinore since 1972, and both of her sons attended Elsinore schools. Judy enjoys traveling, entertaining and her grandchildren. Previous to her election to the EVMWD Board, Judy was the Community Liaison for the Elsinore High School District and was a member of the High School Board of Trustees. She owns Town and Country Realty/Sales and Town and Country Document Services, and owned and operated the local Spaghetti House Restaurant.
Director Guglielmana serves on the Legislative, Conservation & Outreach Committee, the Groundwater Advisory Committee and attends several meetings on the Districts behalf, including: Western Municipal California Water District groups, and the Lake Elsinore Unified School District Board meetings (including Student of the Month and Year).She also served as Board Treasurer in 2008, Vice President in 2009 and President in 2010.
