Judy Guglielmana was elected in 2006 to replace Christine Hyland. Judy has been married for 45 years and has two sons and six grandchildren. Judy and her family have lived in Lake Elsinore since 1972, and both of her sons attended Elsinore schools. Judy enjoys traveling, entertaining and her grandchildren. Previous to her election to the EVMWD Board, Judy was the Community Liaison for the Elsinore High School District and was a member of the High School Board of Trustees. She owns Town and Country Realty/Sales and Town and Country Document Services, and owned and operated the local Spaghetti House Restaurant.
Director Guglielmana serves on the Legislative, Conservation & Outreach Committee and attends several meetings on the Districts behalf, including: Western Municipal California Water District groups, and the Lake Elsinore Unified School District Board meetings.
