Beginning his second four-year term as a Board Member is a local business owner who moved to Lake Elsinore in 1981 and immediately became involved in the community and local public service, serving on the City Planning Commission and the RDA. He is raising his four children here, two boys and two daughters, and is concerned about maintaining our rural atmosphere, improving service to local citizens and controlling rate increases. |  |
